Construction on the Ranch
Hello, friends of Golden Girl Ranch!
We’re excited to share the latest developments on our swim spa area—it’s truly becoming a retreat that would make even Blanche swoon.
Deck Completion
The deck surrounding the swim spa is now fully functional and ready for enjoyment. We’re just awaiting the installation of guard ropes and a fresh coat of stain to add those final touches. As Blanche might say, “Isn’t it amazing how I can feel so bad, and still look so good?”—that’s exactly how our deck is shaping up. 
Pergola
The pergola has managed to survive the winter, including the clear canvas wind protection I’ve installed as walls. We are excited for it to start heating up, to enjoy that fresh breeze as we get steamy in the pool.
But we now understand the season(s) of Spring here in La Pine, so 3 heaters remain ready to create a comfortable space.
Sauna
The dry sauna is up and running! A nice way to keep muscles loose, and help dry up some moisture. The sauna features speakers and red light therapy for your pups (or your!) enjoyment.
Cozy Shipping Container Lounge
Let me introduce The Velvet Golden. Our repurposed shipping container has been transformed into a snug indoor haven, complete with plush couches and rich velvet accents. It’s the perfect spot to relax after a swim or to share stories reminiscent of Rose’s St. Olaf tales. 
Swim Spa Ready for Action
The swim spa has been heated, vacuumed, and thoroughly tested. It’s as inviting as a cheesecake at midnight. In the words of Sophia, “People waste their time pondering whether a glass is half empty or half full. Me, I just drink whatever’s in the glass.” So, let’s not overthink it—dive in and enjoy!  
Farewell to Snow
With the last of the snow finally melted, the ranch is embracing the warmer days ahead. The timing couldn’t be better as we put the finishing touches on our swim spa area.
